We are members of the highly-respected organization, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), private, nonprofit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to oversee the auditors of public companies. Firms who have been accepted to the PCAOB have undergone rigorous examination of their audit practices and have agreed to maintain strict quality control and reporting standards.

History
DZH Phillips LLP was established through the 2009 merger of two leading Bay Area accounting firms, Daoro Zydel & Holland LLP and Smith, Lange & Phillips LLP. Both firms were respected and established firms in the local community, with long histories of serving a wide variety of businesses, nonprofit organizations, families and individuals.
