Darren is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years' experience in public accounting in both Australia and California, with a concentration in management consulting services.  Darren has assisted small to medium sized businesses with growth management, capital budgeting, financing, valuation services, decision modeling and design, and implementation of management reporting systems. 

Recent experience includes liquidation workouts and management, business reorganizations, due diligence, merger and acquisition assistance, and Chief Financial Officer services.  Darren's industry experience includes advertising, real estate development, service businesses and restaurants. 

Darren has worked directly with large pension funds as a Chief Financial Officer overseeing a number of investment entities.

Education

After receiving his Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and sub major in Finance, Darren received his Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting.

Darren is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, The Association of Chartered Accountants in the United States, California CPA Society and California Receivers Forum.  Darren is a member of the Guardsmen and graduated from Leadership San Francisco, class of 2003.
