Elmer is a principal with DZH Phillips LLP. He has over 35 years of professional experience in public accounting, providing tax and accounting services primarily to individuals, partnerships, estates, trusts and professional corporations.

Elmer's services include income, estate and gift tax planning as well as compliance tax work. Other areas include trust, estate and conservatorship work and business and retirement planning.

Prior to the formation of DZH Phillips, Elmer was a principal at one of the predecessor firms, Daoro Zydel & Holland.  Before joining DZH, he worked with Price Waterhouse.

Education

Elmer obtained his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Washington.
